Province Mortgage Associates Welcomes Ian Morander as a Mortgage Advisor

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (May 14, 2021) – Province Mortgage Associates is growing once again this year with the announcement that Ian Morander (NMLS# 2085778) has joined their experienced team of professionals as a Mortgage Advisor. Ian has extensive knowledge of the entire mortgage process, having spent years as a Closing Specialist at a regional title and closing company.

Prior to joining Province Mortgage Associates, Ian worked for five years at Solidifi Title and Closing, LLC as a Closing Specialist, which allowed him to experience the many moving parts of the mortgage process. Over the course of his tenure, Ian demonstrated excellent communication skills, critical problem-solving skills, and the ability to empathize and resolve closing issues for thousands of borrowers. He also decided that he someday wanted to “quarterback” the file from the beginning, giving every client the positive experience that they deserve.

Ian is a native Rhode Islander. He grew up in North Kingstown and is an avid sports fan, especially of football. He is a natural leader and served as the captain on multiple sports teams. At Eastern Connecticut State University, he pursued his passion for sports, majoring in Sports Management and minoring in Communications. After graduation, Ian entered the mortgage industry in order to make an impact on society by helping people with the largest investment of their lives, the purchase of their home.

Ian currently lives in Jamestown and enjoys spending time with his wife and family, following sports of all kinds, and exploring Aquidneck Island with his French Bulldog, Calvin.
