WOBURN, MA (September 8, 2014) – SERVPRO of Boston announced that Terrie O’Toole has joined the company as Executive Account Manager. With years of experience in business management and extensive sales training, Terrie will work to expand SERVPRO of Boston’s services throughout the region.
In this position Terrie will work closely with the management team at SERVPRO of Boston. Additionally, she will partner with property managers and insurance adjusters to ensure each job is completed on-time and on-budget. From estimates through project completion, Terrie will be actively involved to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining SERVPRO, Terri served as Business Development Manager for Glass America. During her time there she continuously exceeded objectives, achieving 120% growth on a monthly basis. She also successfully completed Sandler® Training, a world renowned sales development training program.
Terrie believes her extensive sales management background will be a great asset to the company, adding: “Paul and the entire staff have been incredibly welcoming and supportive. Residing in Boxford, Massachusetts with her husband, Martin, and their two children, Terrie volunteers her time to various school activities and fundraising initiatives.
